Assists the project superintendents with quality control and sagely. Attends a operation of the construction meetings to insure good relations with the owner and architectural representatives.

Possesses general clerical, word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling skills.

39 years business experience with 14 years specific departmental experience, assures timely and accurate processing of all invoices and payables. Responsible for maintenance of job cost data, committed cost, equipment cost and works closely with the project managers to verify data. Relieves the receptionist and ensures that the security of routine files and procedures are maintained.
Charissa Piazza Lewis Human Resources/Payroll Administrator
Experience in handling hourly time entries for multiple jobs for project tracking and costing. Manages tracking of all benefits, burdens, deductions, drug testing, safety issues, etc. Processes expense reports, fuel tracking, benefit payables, training overviews, equipment tracking and manages allocation of all associated costs.
