Project Field Superintendent
Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on a construction project site. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise all craft employee activities – must have good working knowledge of all crafts and blueprint reading. May involve supervising one or more trade groups working in particular construction discipline (civil, structural, concrete, etc.). Maintain project schedule, document owner or design error delays. Work with the Project Manager and General Superintendent on necessary tasks to oversee that the job is completed in a timely and proficient manner.
Credentials Required:
- Must have at least 5-10 years experience in supervisory position in COMMERCIAL construction (schools, medical facilities, etc.).
- Must have knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe products.
- Salary is DOE.
